Queensland Premier PETER BEATTIE is considering reforming state electoral laws in March
before an election in a bid to minimise the fallout from Labor's electoral rorts scandal.

Mr BEATTIE has given clues of a proposal for a three-day parliamentary sitting in March
as he awaits tomorrow's final submissions into ALP electoral rorts at Queensland's Shepherdson
Inquiry.

Midway through a two-week statewide election date consultation tour Mr BEATTIE says
electoral reforms may be taken to parliament to clean up before an election in May.
